“This strategic relationship between Smartify Media and Digital Locations is representative of how we have moved aggressively to become the leading 5G site aggregator and marketplace in the industry,” says Bill Beifuss, the Company’s President. “The ability to tap into digital out-of-home advertising with partners such as Smartify Media is a unique approach to adding potential 5G small cell sites to our marketplace. This approach isn’t currently being targeted in our industry. Our marketplace technology was the first of its kind in the industry, and we believe that these types of strategic relationships will add more value to both property owners and carriers.”

Mr. Beifuss concludes, “As we strengthen our position as the leader in the 5G site aggregation industry, it will be relationships with companies like Smartify Media that will add significant scale to our model and make Digital Locations the go-to source for carrier 5G site selection.”

Digital Locations recently publishes a patent for a system and method for identifying wireless communications assets via our web-based software. The patent covers a method for displaying the physical distance between potential wireless communications assets and potential fiber backhauls. This capability enables users to define geographical search areas on a map and view wireless communications assets within pre-defined geographic areas.

A financial advisory firm's advertising campaign may generate inquiries without producing many qualified appointments. Prospective clients rarely commit after a single interaction. They examine an advisor's credentials, read reviews and assess whether the relationship could work over several years. Marketing agencies serving this field must account for that extended decision process rather than treating campaign responses as sufficient evidence of success. Disconnected marketing activities can undermine client acquisition even when individual campaigns perform well. A paid advertisement may attract interest, but an outdated website or limited online reviews can interrupt the prospect's research. Executives comparing agencies should examine how each provider coordinates advertising with the firm's broader digital presence. Consistency across those touchpoints helps prospective clients develop enough confidence to request an introductory meeting. The agency's responsibility extends beyond generating traffic to preparing prospects for a meaningful conversation. Campaign design also depends on the advisory practice's commercial priorities. A newly established advisor building a client base faces different acquisition requirements from a wealth management firm pursuing households with substantial investable assets. Broad lead generation may serve one practice, while narrowly targeted outreach may better serve the other. Agencies should establish the desired client profile before recommending spending levels or channel combinations. Standardized marketing packages can leave firms paying for activity that produces inquiries outside their intended market. “Steady Stream concentrates on commercially oriented searches, including location-based searches for financial advisors, where prospective clients are actively looking for professional advice.” Search visibility introduces a related spending decision. Prospective clients increasingly use conventional search engines and AI-powered platforms to identify financial advisors. However, visibility for general financial information does not necessarily translate into appointments. Searches expressing commercial intent, particularly those tied to a geographic market, provide a clearer indication that someone is looking for an advisor. Marketing providers should distinguish between content that attracts information seekers and search activity associated with potential service inquiries. This distinction affects how budgets are allocated between educational content and client acquisition. Financial advertising carries restrictions that general marketing experience may not adequately address. Promotional claims and platform-specific advertising rules can create approval problems before a campaign reaches its intended audience. Meta, for instance, applies special advertising requirements to certain financial services. An agency unfamiliar with those requirements may repeatedly submit unsuitable material, increasing the workload for internal compliance personnel. Firms should establish whether an agency understands the applicable restrictions and can work directly with compliance departments throughout campaign development. Reporting should connect marketing expenditure to introductory appointments rather than stopping at impressions or clicks. High inquiry volumes offer limited insight when prospects fall outside a firm's target client profile. Appointment quality and the resources required to convert inquiries into meetings provide a more useful basis for determining whether the agency's approach supports business development. Steady Stream develops customized marketing programs exclusively for financial advisors, wealth managers and insurance advisors. Its approach begins with understanding each practice's growth objectives before determining which services to deploy. Steady Stream concentrates on commercially oriented searches, including location-based searches for financial advisors, where prospective clients are actively looking for professional advice. Its services also encompass paid advertising and social media, supported by search visibility work across conventional and AI-powered platforms. Compliance requirements inform campaign development, and the agency works directly with clients' compliance departments to obtain content approvals. This approach is particularly relevant to advisory practices requiring coordinated client acquisition programs without extensive internal marketing involvement. ...Read more
London, UK : Customer acquisition specialist esbconnect has announced a partnership with data company Mdeg , which will see the two companies’ datasets merged to form the UK’s largest independent deterministic data provider for ID resolution and audience targeting solutions. The combined dataset, known as ideoOS, includes a fully GDPR-compliant HEM-IP (Hashed Email-IP) graph of more than 64m email addresses, postal addresses, and up to 440 data attributes, accessible as regularly delivered log files or a real-time streaming API. The API feed includes additional information against an HEM-IP and first sighting and resightings for confidence scoring. ideoOS supports cookie, MAID (Mobile Advertising ID) and other ID-based graphs to bolster their strength at a time when signal is rapidly disappearing. It also provides HEM-based audience segments for targeting in paid-social and programmatic buying platforms. Brands can use the dataset as a raw data file for identity verification and persona modelling. It can also be used as a real-time feed, where an online user’s IP address, together with other identifiers such as their device and browser, can be matched with a hashed email to allow them to understand who that user is.  Through an integration with esbconnect’s Inbox Extend solution, the dataset can also be used to buy and use the company’s audience segments via email, programmatic, display and social, or offline, via postal campaigns. This can be accessed via esbcopnnect’s Iota integration through 45 output partners, including DV360, The Trade Desk and many more. The first customers for the solution are cloud computing platform AWS (Amazon Web Services) and identity solutions firm, Roqad, who are using ideoOS to power a privacy-safe Data Clean Room service incorporating Roqad Identity Resolution.  “This is a game-changer for UK advertisers in terms of the size and richness of the database and the variety of ways in which it can be used,” said esbconnect CEO Suzanna Chaplin. “Advertisers will be excited about the scale it delivers, but also the granularity with which they can drill down into the data and build highly targeted, niche audience segments, that they can then execute against across multiple channels.” “This is a fantastic partnership which opens up a whole new database for UK advertisers to target consumers in granular detail across online and offline channels,” said Maire Claire De Grouchy at Mdeg. “Early adoption by Amazon and Roqad is a significant endorsement of its capabilities.”   ...Read more
The deprecation of third-party cookies and increasingly stringent privacy regulations have propelled first-party data to the forefront of modern marketing strategies. Brands that successfully collect, manage, and activate their first-party data build deeper, more meaningful connections with their customers, enhancing personalization, increasing loyalty, and improving business outcomes. Building a Meaningful First-Party Data Strategy A successful first-party data strategy involves defining clear objectives and success metrics, identifying and auditing data sources, prioritizing value exchange and building trust, investing in a Customer Data Platform (CDP), implementing data collection tools and strategies, segmenting and analyzing data for insights, and activating data across channels for personalization. Defining clear objectives and success metrics is the cornerstone of a successful first-party data strategy. These objectives should be aligned with broader business goals, and specific, measurable KPIs should be defined to track progress. It's crucial to map out existing and potential channels for collecting first-party data, such as website analytics, CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, email marketing platforms, customer support interactions, loyalty programs, surveys, mobile apps, and offline touchpoints. A key aspect of a successful first-party data strategy is prioritizing value exchange and building trust through transparency and effective consent management. Organizations must clearly communicate how customer data is collected and used while ensuring meaningful value in return. In this context, VVPUSA supports privacy-first, omnichannel data capture and compliant messaging aligned with evolving regulatory expectations. Implementing data collection tools such as website and app tracking, forms and surveys, loyalty programs, customer accounts, and cross-channel data collection remains essential to sustaining trusted customer relationships. Activating data across channels is crucial to a successful first-party data strategy. This allows for personalized marketing campaigns, dynamic website content, customer service enhancement, retargeting, and product development. Monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining data hygiene by tracking performance, A/B testing, regular data cleaning, security and governance, and staying compliant with evolving data privacy regulations is essential. Aptean delivers enterprise software solutions that support data-driven operations, customer engagement, and scalable business management across regulated industries. The Future of First-Party Data in Marketing The importance of first-party data is expected to rise as third-party cookies decline and privacy regulations become more prevalent. Brands that successfully transition to a data-centric approach will gain a competitive advantage. Key trends include AI dominance, zero-party data synergy, privacy-enhancing technologies, a unified customer experience, and ethical data-sharing partnerships. AI-driven tools and extensive language models will be crucial in utilizing first-party data for marketing and market research. Zero-party data will be collected through surveys, quizzes, or preference centers, providing direct insights into customer desires. Privacy-preserving ad tech and data collaboration tools will also be innovated. In an increasingly privacy-conscious and cookie-less world, first-party data is no longer just an option but a strategic imperative. By building robust first-party data strategies, brands can move beyond generic marketing to forge meaningful, personalized connections with their customers. This drives loyalty, enhances customer lifetime value, and positions brands for sustainable growth and a significant competitive edge in the evolving digital landscape. Today's investment in building a first-party data ecosystem will define tomorrow's market leaders. ...Read more
In today's corporate world, efficient communication through email is crucial for firms because it helps them to interact with customers. This technology makes it easier to transmit messages, minimizing the likelihood of their being categorized as spam. The use of such technologies results in operational improvements, which contribute to increased brand recognition.  Organizations can create trustworthy identities through the implementation of Internet Service Provider authentication protocols. These security measures not only ensure the verification of email origins but also protect against potential impersonation by malicious actors, thereby bolstering the organizational credibility and trustworthiness in the eyes of clients and stakeholders. The Strategic Importance Of Sender Reputation And Monitoring Companies need to monitor their sender reputation because it serves as the foundation for their online presence. The reputation shows how recipients interacted with the content, which depends on multiple elements, including bounce rates and user interaction. The deliverability software provides managers with real-time data, which helps them solve problems before communication breakdowns happen. The system detects spam complaints related to campaigns while giving guidance for modifying content and identifying target audiences. In this context, InboxAlly provides proactive insights and reputation repair support that help teams refine deliverability metrics and adapt messaging strategies. The tools assist in maintaining recipient list accuracy by deleting incorrect addresses, which results in reduced bounce rates and improved customer engagement. Proactive reputation management processes enable organizations to send their communications to specific inboxes according to their rising operational requirements. The email sending process establishes its intellectual property warming system through consistent delivery of predetermined volumes. The method of sending emails from a new server can lead to unexpected network issues when users send emails at high speed. The deliverability software system enables users to handle this situation by implementing a controlled process that gradually raises email output to build trust with internet service providers for the new sending server. The gradual approach to capacity expansion prevents organizations from dealing with delays caused by immediate capacity increases, which lead to temporary network throttling and blocking issues. Organizations that treat their email sending infrastructure as a permanent resource can safeguard their financial assets while preventing service interruptions that would affect essential business periods. The system enables organizations to achieve their outreach goals by controlling the balance between fast email sending and their reputation in international email networks. Optimizing Engagement Through Content Analysis And Testing The final layer of a successful deliverability strategy focuses on refining content to meet quality and relevance standards. Professional software solutions offer pre-send testing that simulates email provider interpretations, identifying issues like text-to-image ratio and broken links that may trigger filtering. The message content needs to be improved by the businesses, who should fix these problems during the drafting stage. The method of split testing allows marketing teams to discover which subject lines and calls to action produce the best results, thus empowering them to use this information for better customer engagement. The use of deliverability software transforms email into a successful tool that creates growth and boosts business engagement. The process of content analysis evaluates how the links included in the email body content function within their technical capacity. Deliverability tools check for blocked domains and non-secure protocols that could potentially trigger security systems to raise alarms. A single link that gets flagged in a business environment will stop the entire campaign from reaching its destination because it damages the complete message that has been expertly created. The software provides users with a full understanding of how each element of an email affects its capacity to achieve delivery success, enabling them to make strategic choices regarding their message design. The holistic view ensures that aesthetic decisions do not compromise the fundamental goal of reaching the recipient. The organization maintains professional communication standards that demonstrate its dedication to delivering high-quality work in all its business functions. The brand credibility of the business receives reinforcement through this method, which establishes trust with the audience because it fulfills the primary goal of every outreach strategy. Enhancing Corporate Value Through Data Insights And Analytics Executives gain access to extensive business data through advanced deliverability systems, which help them make better executive decisions. The analysis of delivery rates for various regions and provider categories enables leaders to identify which areas of their communication efforts succeed and which areas face obstacles to growth. The transparent information about resource allocation helps marketers to use their financial resources more effectively to achieve maximum results. The customer journey refinement process requires deliverability software insights, which reveal the points of highest customer engagement. The system generates communication streams that meet market demands by developing personalized messages for distinct customer groups. The organization achieves higher operational visibility when data-backed messages reach audiences as optimized delivery messages. The communication strategy of an organization gains long-term benefits from technical tools because they can adjust to emerging technologies and comply with changing data privacy rules. Organizations depend on deliverability software to maintain their competitive edge while accomplishing successful digital audience outreach. The business world requires organizations to establish solid email delivery systems, which show their expertise in digital communications, because this approach enables businesses to reach customers and share vital information while pursuing innovation-based business growth. ...Read more
