1. Flow Exploration and Fallout Analysis: To deliver the right customer experience, it's really important to have an understanding of how people are navigating the digital channels and where they are hitting stumbling blocks. This process is also known by the name “behavioral pathing.” Adobe’s behavioral pathing tool in the Analysis Workspace is called Flow Exploration. It also allows brands to visualize their customer movement via digital experiences, showing the steps taken from entry point to conversion. Users can easily overlay key metrics to further break down and explore user behavior, seamlessly driving improvements in content and flow, which increases the likelihood of conversion and retention.
2. Analyzing Cohorts: A Cohort Report including an Analysis Workspace can enable the isolation of a specific event and then identify how often a user completing that event go on to the next one.
3. Customer Segment Comparison: Segmentation is a core strategy crucial to any marketer’s success. The comparison of segments within analysis workspace intelligently discovers the differences and similarities among multiple sets of target audience.
