FREMONT, CA: Sevis Systems, recently announced new in-app communications features for the eCallMe! platform that enhances customer experience and call protection. Sevis has helped recognize and eliminate fraudulent, malicious, and nefarious activity on telecommunication networks worldwide.  The eCallMe! customer engagement platform now includes:

A call scheduling feature.

Spoof call security.

The ability for customers to rate their call satisfaction in the phone app.

The new eCallMe! capabilities assist businesses in restoring their customers’ interest in phone calls, protecting their customers’ identities, scheduling calls conveniently, and allowing customers to rate their engagement experience easily.

“In this era of constant robocalling and spoofing, it has never been clearer that enterprises and their customers need a secure platform they can trust to communicate and conduct business on,” said Fletcher Hamilton, CEO of Sevis Systems. “We help enterprises protect their customers from nefarious activities like identity theft and account takeover, and as a result they protect their brand reputation and customer loyalty too.”

The following are some of the latest eCallMe! features:

Call Scheduler–Enables either the business or the customer to schedule and reschedule a call through the eCallMe! app. This capability aids in frictionless self-service and two-way communication between the customer and the company.

Customer Call Satisfaction Rating–Allows businesses to ask customers about their satisfaction with a call interaction through in-app alerts to enhance personalization, service levels, and confidence.

Spoofed Call Protection–protects consumers from identity theft and account takeover by alerting them in real-time to spoofed calls.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) recently imposed record penalties on corporations that use spoofed calls to advertise goods or services. In reality, the Federal Communications Commission recently fined a telemarketer $225 million for making approximately 1 billion robocalls. People are tricked into answering these spoof calls because the telemarketer disguises—or spoofs—their phone number as one that they might trust (insurance, banks, or other familiar institutions). Sevis is one of the only solution providers to give foolproof spoofed call security by allowing businesses to update their app with all outgoing phone numbers used to call their customers.

“Our customers are now calling us to ask what solutions we offer to get their outgoing calls answered and protect them against spoofing,” said Brian Conley, President of Vodex Communications. “We anticipated this would happen and have been testing and validating Sevis’ eCallMe! solution in our network for over a year. eCallMe! is the right solution at the right time and the one we highly recommend to any company looking to improve their call answer rate and security.”

When a call comes in from one of these numbers, eCallMe! verifies that it came from the company. If it does not, the phone will display an alert “do not answer” message. The eCallMe! platform transforms trust and strengthens engagements between businesses and their customers with these new features.
