Goodway Group has named Kandi Gongora as the Chief Transformation & People Officer who will increase the company's growth.
FREMONT, CA: Goodway Group, the digital partner advertisers trust to provide campaign performance and media efficiency, has appointed Kandi Gongora as the Chief Transformation & People Officer. Kandi's new responsibilities include accelerating company growth as a top full-service Digital Agency by guaranteeing the organization maintains relevant, innovative, and industry-leading standards as the world of work and the business landscape continue to evolve and transform.
As Chief Transformation & People Officer, Gongora will manage the whole organization's brand messaging by taking a cross-functional approach to people, data, and infrastructure, helping to ensure a seamless transformation across the organization. Gongora will be responsible for employee experience, the Center of Excellence, sales operations, internal communications, and business and organizational strategy. While monitoring Goodway's international arm, CvE, she also maintains a global perspective. This position will foster collaboration, cohesion, and communication among all functions and employees.
"When exploring existing titles such as Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer, I realized these titles didn't fit the gap I was looking to fill.
