Channel Factory has expanded their team in Poland and employed a new Sales Director as part of the commitment towards development in the European market.
FREMONT, CA: As part of the commitment towards development in the European market, Channel Factory, the worldwide brand suitability and advertisement performance platform for YouTube, has expanded their team in Poland and employed a new Sales Director.
Szymon Szmigiel comes as Sales Director to support Channel Factory's continuing expansion throughout the EMEA market by developing, managing, and growing the company's agency and brand partnerships in the region. Szymon will continue to grow the organization alongside Sean Carey, Business Development Director, located in Warsaw, allowing the company to better support customers on the ground and provide better brand compatibility to the market.

Before joining Channel Factory, Syzmon worked at CDA SA, one of Poland's leading VOD platforms, co-creating an advertising office. He was in managing business development and revenue growth at CDA SA for three years and was directing the sales team and developing partnerships with media companies and agency clients.
He has worked in small and large businesses for many years and is a specialist in strategic planning, operations, sales, and marketing. Szymon has overseen and managed large-scale projects in marketing, sales, and technology.
