BriteShot has changed its manufacturing strategy to facilitate venues in safely reopening following the COVID-19 outbreak.

FREMONT, CA: BriteShot, a market-leading provider of LED lighting solutions for television, film, and events, has changed its manufacturing strategy to facilitate venues in safely reopening following the COVID-19 outbreak. BriteShot is now specialized in coronavirus air filtering and decontamination products with advances in technology, making the most of its resources during these difficult times.

"At Briteshot, we aim to have our decontamination technology be a factor in helping entertainment venues, restaurants, and more, reopen their doors in a safe and effective way," says Roy McDonald, Co-founder at BriteShot. "It's been a difficult year within the entertainment space as facilities have been forced to close their doors or reduce capacity, greatly impacting revenue and job security across the board. To help ease customers back into business, we dedicated countless hours in production and testing to provide a solution that will keep artists, staff and audience members safe while we continue to enjoy doing what we love."

BriteShot was founded in 2009 and went through a three-year research and development process before releasing its first product, The Luminator. Since then, the company has been hard at work creating lighting products and proprietary technologies that allow for endless innovative possibilities while lowering production costs. Due to a significant change in the company's R&D strategy over the last year, it can now provide both lighting and decontamination solutions to a wide range of customers, including restaurants, theatres, concert halls, places of worship, educational facilities, and many more.

BriteShot's innovative decontamination solutions, such as the AirAffair air filtration device and the ShelteXTM decontamination tent, reduce COVID-19 exposure in indoor settings. The AirAffair device uses cutting-edge technology to purify and sterilize air from existing HVAC systems and can work independently in any environment. The ShelteX decontamination tent is a completely enclosed, high-density polypropylene structure that supports social distancing protocols. These devices, when used together, can provide a comprehensive solution for safeguarding patrons at indoor gatherings.

"Offering both professional lighting and decontamination solutions, BriteShot is an ideal manufacturing partner for entertainment venues around the world." McDonald adds, "With years of knowledge in the film, television and theatre industry and listening to our customer's needs, we will continue our mission to deliver revolutionary technology as we move forward with more exciting products in the pipeline."
