Adam Rodgers will head operations and development for a marketing measuring company.

In his new position, Rodgers will supervise the operations and development of Leavened and lead the company's expansion in the marketing analytics sector. Rodgers is ideally qualified to assist Leavened in expanding its market share for its cutting-edge marketing mix and media mix modeling tools due to his extensive experience establishing marketing and data analytics businesses. The innovation at Leavened is fuelled by a team of marketers who understand analytics and data scientists who understand marketing. The company's non-cookie technological capabilities allow for real-time, effective, in-market adjustments with complete customer transparency.

Rodgers has led teams offering tailored and integrated marketing science solutions, platforms, and software to create successful marketing campaigns for his clients throughout his career. He has provided professional counsel to numerous significant and expanding brands in many areas, such as ecommerce, automotive, beauty, retail, and financial services. Previously, he served as Partner and Managing Director of Ekimetrics Americas, overseeing all operations in North America. Before that, he spent many years as the vice president of strategy at Neustar Marketshare.
Rodgers believes that the most effective decision-making results from the mix of integrated data, quick and effective tools, and a strategic emphasis on adoption. As President, he will assist the company in launching a highly anticipated new AI feature within its Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) platform, enabling agile measurement design and accelerating measurement and optimization from months to days.
Rodgers joins Leavened's expanding remote workforce and will be stationed in the New York City metropolitan area. The corporation has pledged to recruit across the United States to attract a broader, more talented, and diverse talent pool.
