Live Age serves as an exemplar of the transformative potential inherent in live events. The seasoned event management agency has specialised in live experience projects that go beyond traditional events, combining physical and digital experiences. Live Age focuses on the business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-employee (B2E) sectors that strategically weave live experiences into the very fabric of a brand’s comprehensive communications portfolio.

Founded two decades ago, the firm underwent a rebranding in 2019, changing its name from Manta Group to Live Age, and expanded its focus from short-term event projects to include general communication as part of its clients' overall live communication strategies.

“We believe that events possess a unique ability to enrich the experiences of our viewers and attendees. We see them as part of a comprehensive communication process rather than isolated occurrences,” says Dorota Wojtczak, marketing director of Live Age.

Transcending beyond event organisation, the firm excels in crafting experiences that align with a brand's mission. Recent global challenges, such as the pandemic and geopolitical crises, have reinforced its belief that adaptability and innovation can turn obstacles into opportunities. Live Age’s journey highlights the resilience of an agency unwilling to be constrained by industry limitations. The firm has successfully expanded its focus from physical to digital experiences, seamlessly integrating both into unified strategies. This approach has enabled Live Age to consistently rank as one of Poland's top agencies for four consecutive years, securing notable accolades in national and international competitions.

“The pandemic provided us with an unexpected opportunity to explore our belief in the power of live experiences,” adds Dominik Górka, co-CEO and creative director of Live Age.

The company believes that events can be the best content drivers, aligning with research reports from organisations like the Content Marketing Institute. This has transformed the perspective of event agencies like Live Age, positioning it as a marketing partner that is deeply connected to clients' overall marketing narratives.

In addition, Live Age maintains an extensive in-house capability that encompasses creation, production and specialised technical expertise for digital events. Due to its graphic design and 3D modelling expertise, the firm can select the most relevant tools to efficiently meet its client's objectives. The firm’s adept use of these resources for overseas projects allows it to successfully collaborate with international brands.

Live Age begins the process of creating live experiences by gaining a thorough understanding of the client's needs and brand identity, followed by creative concept creation, production, event execution and post-event evaluation.

The company’s ability to delve into clients' internal challenges, core values and priorities is its key differentiator.

By collaborating with its clients, Live Age has recognised that live experiences go beyond revenue generation. For instance, a digital conference can increase customer numbers by 42 percent, and employer branding conferences have reduced employee turnover by 2 to 3 percent. The firm generates substantial returns to successfully garner its client’s confidence and secure their management’s support, paving the way for effective strategies.

Live Age's expertise became evident when Microsoft launched in Poland their first data processing region in CEE. This marked a significant milestone for both the company and the country, as it opened new opportunities for innovation and digital transformation. Microsoft aimed to convey this achievement to its B2B clientele and the media, emphasising how its cloud services empowered them to reach new heights.

Live Age together with the brand representatives worked out a customer advocacy strategy, dedicating its entire campaign to Microsoft's clients to create authentic and inspiring content that showcased the power of Microsoft's cloud solutions. The campaign was successful for Microsoft and Live Age, engaging over 60 clients in telling their inspiring stories, over 4100 events’ participants and reaching over 21 million users in digital campaign. The attendees also provided positive feedback, as they appreciated the content’s quality and relevance. According to Microsoft’s internal measures, the campaign also achieved its business objectives, increasing its media sentiment in the area of innovation from 40 to 47 percent.

“We are committed to accessibility and inclusivity in every aspect of our work,” adds Szymon Pasaj, co-CEO and production director of Live Age.

In this regard, the company develops accessible websites, as well as offers live caption translation and sign language services during its events and campaigns to ensure inclusivity. Live Age further strives for equal representation of men and women among speakers, promoting international diversity standards by engaging in social projects and supporting initiatives that address social issues.

Microsoft and Husqvarna Group are a few of the many enterprises that Live Age has partnered with. It also contributes to the sector’s development by participating in industry associations and setting trends that inspire others.

The journey from Manta Group to Live Age, an innovative event agency, is a testament to the firm’s adaptability, innovation and unwavering commitment to its clients. By emphasising inclusivity, versatility and client-centricity, the company is poised to provide memorable experiences for clients.
