Target Data creates a ‘pre-mover’ segment by monitoring new home listings through various channels like print and online, and then identifies the customer’s demands in real time using Netmining’s audience scoring engine. The customer demands are then matched with marketer’s specific advertising goals. The marketer therefore can reach this audience through targeted display advertising at the right time and right place in the most cost effective manner.
