Oracle, Informatica and NetSuite are the companies that concurrently took up solutions from Dun and Bradstreet for digital marketing, intelligent data and B2B data platforms to eliminate barriers caused in database services. In addition to these integrations, the company acquired Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corporation for forming a new division named ‘Dun & Bradstreet Emerging Businesses’.
Oracle, being an independent software company, , has made Dun & Bradstreet available on their Oracle Data Cloud Platform. Oracle Database Cloud Service provides the power and flexibility in cloud, either self-managed or fully-managed by Oracle. Acting as a curtain raiser for Oracle’s official entrance into the burgeoning B2B digital marketing space, the integration gives a comprehensive view of audiences thereby enabling B2B digital marketers and advertisers to identify and reach their most valuable customers and prospects online.
In another strategic alliance with Informatica, a provider of data integration software natively integrates Dun & Bradstreet content into their Intelligent Data Platform and core applications, including Master Data Management (MDM), Total Supplier Relationship (TSR), Data Quality (DQ) and Data Integration (DI).
The alliance lets customers to consolidate applications with timely access of data, seamlessly incorporating Informatica's platform into critical workflows that drive business decision. Marketing, sales, procurements and Information technology will be leveraging the advantages of this strategic alliance.
Meanwhile, in a similar partnership with NetSuite, provider of cloud-based financials / ERP and omnichannel commerce software suites aims to provide NetSuite customers direct access from within its cloud-based business management suite to relevant B2B data drawn from Dun & Bradstreet’s commercial database.
NetSuite plans to build a new SuiteApp on its SuiteCloud development platform bridging NetSuite and Dun & Bradstreet for integrating the two data sources. The alliance claims to empower customers in retail, manufacturing, distribution, technology, energy, government and other industries with valuable insights on supplier selection, credit decisioning, sales and marketing, ongoing risk monitoring, collections and data quality.
When it comes to the acquisition of Dun & Bradstreet over Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corporation, it combines solutions of both industries to formulate a new division Dun & Bradstreet Emerging Businesses. With this acquisition, the small and mid-sized business assets of Dun & Bradstreet are merged with technology and data solutions of Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corporation. The new division will create a powerful team representing Dun & Bradstreet in the market leveraging Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corporation's established track record and suite of products to serve the unique needs of emerging business customers.
