FREMONT, CA: Amplifinity, a provider of referral amplification software, launches Amplifinity Connector on Salesforce AppExchange, an enterprise apps marketplace to allow joint customers of Salesforce and Amplifinity to automate advocacy and referrals. The connector is built on the Salesforce1 Platform.

Enterprise referral automation enables marketing and sales teams to leverage their brand advocates - customers, employees and partners to refer people they know about the brand they work for. Amplifinity’s marketing-driven referral program allows the sales teams to create, capture, track, and manage the advocate action from referral program enrollment to a closed sale or purchase in an automatic control system.

The reference amplification platform makes use of every marketing channel to engage advocates in the program. The software as a service (SaaS) platform provides advocates multiple ways to make a referral, using anything from social sharing to email and offline options. It enables advocates to view their own dashboard and track their progress in the program. For successful referrals, brand advocates are provided with multi-tiered rewards, electronic deposits, paycheck direct deposit, and account credits.

Together both the companies will work for automating the advocacy ecosystem for enterprises in key verticals like software, telecommunications, financial services, consumer products, B2B, insurance, education, healthcare, energy, and utilities. By providing customers with security and ease of using automated referral programs, Amplifinity helps in increasing the speed of deployment and reduces hardship of IT team for manual integration.

“Companies are looking to transform the way they connect with customers, partners and employees to thrive in today’s connected world. By leveraging the power of the Salesforce1 Platform, Amplifinity provides customers with the proven social, mobile and connected cloud technologies to accelerate business success,” says Ryan Ellis, VP, Product Management, Salesforce1 Platform and AppExchange, Salesforce.
